Bracelets

Wrap a soft tape measure (or string) around your wrist—right where you’d normally wear your bracelet.
Keep it snug, not tight.
Note the length, then add 1–4 cm (1/4 of an inch) depending on how loose you like it.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.

Items must be unworn and undamaged.

For sale items, returns are accepted with a $7 restocking fee per item, deducted from your refund.

Please note that Final Sale items—such as Clearance, Bundles, and Mystery Box purchases—are not eligible for returns.

If you’ve received a gift, you can exchange it for an item of equal value.
