Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.
Items must be unworn and undamaged.
For sale items, returns are accepted with a $7 restocking fee per item, deducted from your refund.
Please note that Final Sale items—such as Clearance, Bundles, and Mystery Box purchases—are not eligible for returns.
If you’ve received a gift, you can exchange it for an item of equal value.
All return requests must be authorized through our Return & Exchange system, with items sent back within 7 business days. Shipping and return label costs are non-refundable. Before submitting your request, please ensure your return meets our policy guidelines.
